Colleen Woods founded CMH Consulting Group, where she led strategic initiatives at the crossroads of healthcare, government, and emerging technology. With a focus on digital transformation and artificial intelligence, Colleen advised healthcare systems, nonprofits, and public agencies on building innovative, value-based care models that drove better outcomes.
Appointed by Governor Chris Christie as New Jersey’s Health IT Coordinator, Colleen oversaw a $1 billion statewide effort to accelerate electronic medical record adoption and health information exchange. She holds Master’s degrees in Information Technology Management from George Washington University and Public Administration from Rutgers University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Art History from Oxford University.
