Dr. Georgy (George) Zarkua completed fellowship training in infectious disease at the Medical College of Georgia, Augusta University in Augusta, Georgia. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton, New Jersey where he served on the Sepsis Steering Committee, Bioethics Committee and Curriculum Committee. He earned his medical degree from the First Moscow State Medical University in Moscow, Russia. Dr. Zarkua is board certified in internal medicine.
Dr. Zarkua is a member of the Infectious Disease Society of America and the American College of Physicians.
