As a “friend-raiser” for Capital Women in Philanthropy, our annual Galentine’s Day Workshop features an information session centered upon women's heart health and steps that women can take to improve their heart health and lower their risk of heart disease. During this workshop, lunch is served and time is taken to celebrate female friendships.
