This class is taught by a board certified lactation consultant from Capital Health's Lactation Center. Class should be taken before the birth of the baby. This class includes getting ready for breastfeeding, getting started, milk production, avoiding early problems, and support systems available. Partners are also encouraged to participate.
Classes are held in-person at Capital Health Medical Center – Hopewell or online using Zoom. If you register for an online class, you will be contacted with Zoom details prior to the start of the class. Registration ends one week before the start of each class.
