Is my donation to Capital Health tax deductible and will I receive a tax receipt?

Your donation to Capital Health is tax deductible and all donors will receive a tax receipt and thank you letter in the mail.

Can I make a gift in honor, memory, or celebration of someone?

Yes! One way many patients and families give back is through a special tribute gift to Capital Health. The family is notified of all gifts made in memory of someone. Should you wish to include in lieu of flowers information in an obituary, please include wording stating that your gift is in memory of [name] and designate the department that should be the beneficiary (cancer, neurology, trauma, emergency medicine, etc.)

To make a gift in honor, memory or celebration of someone, visit our secure online giving form, fill out the “This Gift is in Tribute to” section, and complete the remainder of the form before submitting.

I am a Capital Health employee. Can I make my contribution through payroll deduction?

Each company has its own guidelines for employees, spouses, retirees, and widows/widowers, but all are typically simple to navigate. Please contact your employer’s Human Resources Department.
