We’re your on-site resource for local accommodations. Located in the lobbies at both hospitals, our concierge staff provides resources for you to find services, such as hotel accommodation and transportation, anywhere in the surrounding area.
We’re also your go-between for any concerns that you have about your care. Our dedicated patient advocates develop a working relationship between you and your health care professionals. We make ourselves available to you and your health care professionals to discuss any concerns you have about your care and bring about a quick resolution.
