Meredith Kudrick, MSW, LCSW

Meredith Kudrick, MSW, LCSWMeredith is a licensed clinical social worker who brings more than 10 years of clinical experience working with diverse and high-acuity populations, including at-risk youth and individuals with severe mental illness and substance use disorders. She currently works with adults experiencing grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, offering compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each individual's needs. Meredith received her bachelor's degree in clinical psychology from The College of New Jersey in Ewing, New Jersey and her Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
 
Meredith's collaborative approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, and strengths-based, person-centered care. She has specialized training in grief counseling and women's mental health, including postpartum depression, and is a board certified clinical supervisor for social workers pursuing clinical licensure. Meredith is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
