Overview
The Stroke and Cerebrovascular Care Conference 2023 provides health care practitioners the opportunity to learn about advances in stroke care. This educational program fulfills the ongoing need to remain current on the assessment and treatment of acute ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke from prophylaxis in the primary care setting through rehabilitation in the post-acute phase.
Our objective is to improve the delivery of care for patients by improving the performance of practicing physicians and other health care professionals as they care for patients with stroke. The latest treatments, including advances in medical, surgical and endovascular techniques, will be discussed, as well as rehabilitation strategies and continuity of care from the hospital to outpatient setting, using didactic lectures and case presentations.
Target Audience
The program will benefit physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, residents, and other clinicians in the specialties of neurology, neurosurgery, emergency medicine, critical care medicine, internal medicine, family medicine, primary care and rehabilitation medicine.

Conference Cancellation Policy
Requests for refunds must be submitted via email to [email protected] and received prior to September 1, 2023. Your refund minus a $25 processing fee will be mailed to you after the conference. Registrants who fail to attend the conference are responsible for the entire fee.
In the event of circumstances beyond its control, Capital Health reserves the right to cancel the conference. Capital Health is not liable for any expense incurred by participants as a result of cancellation.

Capital Health is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the New Jersey State Nurses Association, an accredited approver with distinction by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (Provider Number P122-8/21-23).
