Trauma Outreach Specialist, VICTORY Program
Toni Pretlow is a trauma outreach specialist for the VICTORY Program at Capital Health. She received her bachelor’s degree in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2019. With more than 20 years of experience in the medical field, Toni’s passion for patient advocacy fostered her desire to provide client-centered support for those impacted by various social determinants of health. She is trained in trauma informed care and uses a patient-centered approach when assisting clients who have become victims of crime.
