Public health challenges are part of every city across the country, often with challenges to pathways for making improvements. At Capital Health Institute for Urban Care, we’ve been working to identify new ways of tackling Trenton’s critical health, education, economic, and environmental challenges for more than a decade.
Through collaborations with the city’s health care providers, local government, and faith-based organizations, schools, and food banks, the Institute aims to deepen Capital Health’s connections to Trenton and make meaningful and lasting improvements for its residents.
