Disclosures

Individual deposits: It is the attendee’s responsibility to submit a valid credit card number with name as it appears on the card, billing address and credit card expiration date, or a deposit equal to the first night’s room rate as a guarantee, at the time the attendee makes the reservation. Attendee’s credit card will be charged the first night’s room rate at that time.

Individual room reservations not guaranteed will be automatically cancelled by Hotel within fourteen (14) days of the reservation date.

Refunds will be issued on individual attendee’s reservations only if cancelled at least seventy two (72) hours in advance of the confirmed arrival date.

All guaranteed reservations will be held until 4 a.m. only on the day after the attendee’s confirmed arrival date.

Attendee must pay the balance of the room, resort fee, and incidental charges upon check-out.

Capital Health Conference Hotel Refund Policy

Attendees who reserve rooms within the Capital Health room block are subject to the hotel’s deposit and cancellation policies.

Cancellations made on or before April 16, 2026: No penalty; attendees will receive a full refund per the hotel’s policy.

Cancellations made after April 16, 2026: Attendees will forfeit their CME dollars and may be subject to additional hotel cancellation fees per the hotel’s policy.
