Cancellation Policy
Register with confidence! Cancellations are refundable (less a $75 fee) through April 16, 2026. Substitutions are always welcome. If the conference is postponed or cancelled due to events beyond our reasonable control – Capital Health will not be liable for any costs incurred by registrants.
No Suitcasing Policy
To protect our exhibitors and sponsors, solicitation by non-exhibiting companies or individuals is strictly prohibited. Anyone found promoting products or services without being an official exhibitor or sponsor will be asked to leave.
