Jocelyn HerringtonJocelyn Herrington

Jocelyn Herrington is a national spokesperson and the vice president of strategic partnerships at Advisory Board. She brings thought leadership to life in the market while developing creative partnership opportunities with Advisory Board's most valued members. Since 2013, she has served Optum and Advisory Board in a variety of delivery, commercial, and leadership roles, from managing consulting projects to overseeing all Advisory Board delivery.

Previously, she defended and managed professional liability litigation against behavioral health providers. She earned her bachelor's degree in Public Health from Rutgers University, juris doctor from The George Washington University Law School, and master's degree in Health Systems Management from George Mason University. She also studied Comparative Health Systems and Comparative Health Law at the University of Oxford.

Medical Director, National Foundation for Infectious Diseases

Dr. Robert Hopkins is medical director for the National Foundation for Infectious Diseases and professor of Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. In addition, he is current chair of the American College of Physicians Immunization Committee and immediate past chair of the National Vaccine Advisory Committee to the US Department of Health and Human Services. Dr. Hopkins’ primary academic focus is clinical vaccinology. He maintains an active teaching and clinical practice providing primary and consultative care to adults and children.

 

Sanjay Juneja, MDSanjay Juneja, MD

Dr. Sanjay Juneja is a triple board-certified hematologist and medical oncologist serving as Vice President of AI & Medical Informatics for Tempus AI. In this role, he leads clinical AI strategy and implementation initiatives that bridge cutting-edge artificial intelligence with real-world oncology practice. He is the author of “We Need to Talk About Cancer: An IMPORTANT Book for Patients, Family, and Friends” and the creator of the widely followed platform “TheOncDoc,” which reaches over 750,000 healthcare professionals and researchers worldwide.

Dr. Juneja maintains an active clinical practice with Citrus Oncology while advancing the field through his expertise in AI applications in medicine. He completed Harvard’s inaugural Executive Education program in AI in Healthcare: from Strategies to Implementation and serves on the Editorial Board of the peer-reviewed journal AI in Precision Oncology.

His contributions to healthcare innovation have earned national recognition, including being named Targeted Oncology’s inaugural 2024 Oncology Icon and receiving an invitation to the White House’s 2023 Healthcare Leaders in Social Media Roundtable. He has been recognized as a 40 Under 40 recipient and selected as one of the Capital Region’s Top 500 Most Influential Leaders for three consecutive years.

Dr. Juneja’s insights on AI in healthcare have been featured in major publications including The Washington Post, WIRED, Bloomberg, and PBS. As co-founder of TensorBlack Inc., an AI education and consulting company focused on oncology applications, he continues to advance the integration of artificial intelligence in clinical practice.

His podcast series on AI and Healthcare has topped 5 million downloads in over 110 countries, fostering international dialogue on the future of technology-enabled medicine.

 

William Kracht, DO, FAAFP, FMAPS

Dr. William Kracht is board certified in both family medicine and integrative medicine. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, a Fellow of the Medical Academy of Pediatrics and Special Needs, and an active member of the American Academy of Environmental Medicine.

Dr. Kracht received his medical degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his family medicine residency at Eglin Air Force Base. He subsequently served four years as an active duty family physician in the United States Air Force. He separated from the Air Force with three Commendation Medals, and a Humanitarian Medal. He has practiced in Quakertown, PA since 1995.

Dr. Schwartz is the executive director of Capital Health’s Institute for Urban Care, which focuses on improving health care services in the Trenton community by understanding the patient experience and supporting Capital Health as a regional leader in health care. As a practicing internal medicine doctor at Capital Health Primary Care – Brunswick Avenue, Dr. Schwartz is committed to providing comprehensive team-based care to his patients.

Dr. Schwartz is a board certified primary care internal medicine specialist. He earned his MBA in Health Care Management from the Fox School of Business and received a certificate in Managing Health Care Delivery from Harvard Business School. With more than 20 years of experience as a physician leader in international, public, private, and academic settings, he has played a major role in improving a number hospitals and physician groups.

Dr. Schwartz received his medical degree from the Sackler School of Medicine in Tel Aviv, Israel. He was trained in internal medicine at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY and completed a fellowship in gastroenterology at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Schwartz is married and three daughters.

 

Christine Lotto, MDChristine Lotto, MD

Dr. Christine Lotto is a board certified, fellowship trained general and vascular surgeon. After receiving her medical degree at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA, Dr. Lotto completed her general surgery residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, where she completed a research fellowship in fibrotic diseases, conditions that affect the connective tissues of organs such as aneurysmal diseases (blood vessels), cardiomyopathy (heart) and cystic fibrosis (lungs). She was fellowship trained in vascular and endovascular surgery at Harvard (Brigham and Women’s Hospital) in Boston, MA and in advanced aortic endovascular surgery at L’Hȏpital Marie Lannelongue in Paris, France.

Dr. Lotto has published and presented research on vascular surgery and other topics in medical journals and at regional and national conferences. She has won numerous research, teaching, and technical awards. She is part of a group of volunteers who travel to Santa Cruz, Bolivia to perform liver transplantations and complex hepatobiliary surgery.
