Dr. Sanjay Juneja is a triple board-certified hematologist and medical oncologist serving as Vice President of Clinical AI Operations at Tempus AI. In this role, he leads clinical AI strategy and implementation initiatives that bridge cutting-edge artificial intelligence with real-world oncology practice.

Dr. Juneja maintains an active clinical practice with Citrus Oncology while advancing the field through his expertise in AI applications in medicine. He completed Harvard's inaugural Executive Education program in AI in Healthcare: from Strategies to Implementation and serves on the Editorial Board of the peer-reviewed journal AI in Precision Oncology.

His contributions to healthcare innovation have earned national recognition, including being named Targeted Oncology's inaugural 2024 Oncology Icon and receiving an invitation to the White House's 2023 Healthcare Leaders in Social Media Roundtable. He has been recognized as a 40 Under 40 recipient and selected as one of the Capital Region's Top 500 Most Influential Leaders for three consecutive years.

Dr. Juneja's insights on AI in healthcare have been featured in major publications including The Washington Post, WIRED, Bloomberg, and PBS. As founder of TensorBlack Inc., an AI education and consulting company focused on oncology applications, he continues to advance the integration of artificial intelligence in clinical practice.

Through his platform as "TheOncDoc," Dr. Juneja has built a global following of over 750,000 healthcare professionals and researchers, translating complex AI and oncology concepts for clinical audiences. His podcast series on AI and healthcare has topped 4 million downloads in over 100 countries, fostering international dialogue on the future of technology-enabled medicine.

Ford is one of Advisory Board’s preeminent thought leaders in the area of health system economics and strategy and is the keynote speaker at the annual meetings for Advisory Board’s strategy membership. Ford is a health care economist by training and has participated in every major Advisory Board research initiative since 1992. He is well-versed in health care history and the many reform initiatives we have lived through in the past three decades: coverage expansion; vertical integration and physician partnership models; managed care and payer contracting; horizontal integration and system economies of scale; and quality-based payment.

Ford received his BA from Kenyon College, and his MA in Economics from Johns University. Prior to joining Advisory Board, he was a management consultant for the Hay Group and Ernst & Young.

 

William Kracht, DO, FAAFP, FMAPS

Dr. Kracht is board-certified in Family Medicine (American Board of Family Medicine) and Integrative Medicine (American Board of Integrative Medicine). He has extensive post graduate training in integrative medicine disciplines. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, an active member of the American Academy of Environmental Medicine, the American Academy for the Advancement in Medicine and the American Association of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

Dr. Kracht was awarded the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America at age 15 and currently serves as Assistant Scout Master of Troop 215 in Dublin, PA. He received his B.S. in Pre-Medicine with High Distinction and Honors in Religious Studies at the Pennsylvania State University. He received his Doctor of Osteopathy at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. While attending Penn State, he was the recipient of the Paul/David Wentroble Award for the Outstanding Premedical Student. He completed his family practice residency at Eglin Air Force Base and was named chief resident his third year. He subsequently served four years as an active duty family physician in the United States Air Force.

In addition to his conventional family medical training, Dr. Kracht has received additional advanced post doctorate training in Environmental Medicine and Allergy, Osteopathic Cranial Sacral Therapy, Homeopathic Medicine, Functional and Nutritional Medicine. Using the best of many medical modalities, he is able to provide an integrative, patient centered medical care that specializes in the individual patient; whether it be a common or complex problem. His comprehensive family medical care includes preconception care, newborn and child care, adolescent, adult and geriatric care all with the warmth and sensitivity of a family physician.

Dr. Kracht resides in East Rockhill Township with his wife, Terri and their children Taylor Marie, Zachariah William and Laurel Nicole.

Dr. Schwartz is the executive director of Capital Health’s Institute for Urban Care, which focuses on improving health care services in the Trenton community by understanding the patient experience and supporting Capital Health as a regional leader in health care. As a practicing internal medicine doctor at Capital Health Primary Care – Brunswick Avenue, Dr. Schwartz is committed to providing comprehensive team-based care to his patients.

Dr. Schwartz is a board certified primary care internal medicine specialist. He earned his MBA in Health Care Management from the Fox School of Business and received a certificate in Managing Health Care Delivery from Harvard Business School. With more than 20 years of experience as a physician leader in international, public, private, and academic settings, he has played a major role in improving a number hospitals and physician groups.

Dr. Schwartz received his medical degree from the Sackler School of Medicine in Tel Aviv, Israel. He was trained in internal medicine at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY and completed a fellowship in gastroenterology at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Schwartz is married and three daughters.

 

Christine Lotto, MDChristine Lotto, MD

Dr. Christine Lotto is a board certified, fellowship trained general and vascular surgeon. After receiving her medical degree at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA, Dr. Lotto completed her general surgery residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, where she completed a research fellowship in fibrotic diseases, conditions that affect the connective tissues of organs such as aneurysmal diseases (blood vessels), cardiomyopathy (heart) and cystic fibrosis (lungs). She was fellowship trained in vascular and endovascular surgery at Harvard (Brigham and Women’s Hospital) in Boston, MA and in advanced aortic endovascular surgery at L’Hȏpital Marie Lannelongue in Paris, France.

Dr. Lotto has published and presented research on vascular surgery and other topics in medical journals and at regional and national conferences. She has won numerous research, teaching, and technical awards. She is part of a group of volunteers who travel to Santa Cruz, Bolivia to perform liver transplantations and complex hepatobiliary surgery.
