Welcome to Capital Health Cardiac Surgery Specialists, the practice of Dr. Fredric Seinfeld and Dr. Pasquale Luciano.

Dr. Seinfeld, Dr. Luciano and their team work with referring physicians to treat patients with cardiac conditions that require surgery, ranging from those who have recently suffered a heart attack (or are at high risk for one) to those who present with coronary artery disease, heart valve disease, or a range of general thoracic conditions. Most surgeries are performed by Dr. Luciano. Dr. Seinfeld, a cardiac critical care intensivist, provides robust preparation for patients before their procedures and manages their care after surgery.

Dr. Fredric Seinfeld and Dr. Pasquale Luciano have been colleagues for 30 years and have been working together as a leading cardiac surgical team in Central New Jersey for almost a decade. Guided by the shared belief that accessibility is the cornerstone of patient satisfaction, they are in close communication with their multidisciplinary team of clinicians and each other every day to provide personalized care and ensure direct oversight of patients at all times.
