Pre-surgery visits
Our dietitians and counselors will meet with you to make sure you’re ready for surgery, and we’ll review your medical records. You may also need blood, X-ray and other tests, as well as consultations with other doctors. Many people like to join one of our support groups at this point, for encouragement and a place to talk.
A critical component of the pre-surgery stage is your ability to be compliant with our program requirements. We will spend time with you to make sure you understand the importance and the implications of following our pre-surgery process.
