This support group is designed for new parents with babies under one year old. We’ll cover topics such as infant care, feeding, sleeping, postpartum recovery, and more. You are encouraged to bring your baby, and partners or other support people are more than welcome to join as well.
Prenatal yoga can be a great way to prepare for childbirth. Whether you are already an avid gym-goer or someone who hasn’t exercised in a long-time, yoga is a healthy exercise option for mother and baby. Prenatal yoga is a multifaceted approach to exercise while pregnant.
Losing a baby requires a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental place to navigate through your grief and share your experiences with other families. We see you and you are not alone. This monthly support group welcomes all parents who have experienced the loss of a baby at any gestational age.

This class is taught by a board certified lactation consultant from Capital Health's Lactation Center. Class should be taken before the birth of the baby.
This class helps prepare first-time expectant parents to care for their newborn and is taught by an experienced, certified childbirth and parent educator. Class includes keeping baby healthy, sleeping, crying, comforting, bathing, diapering and new parent support systems available.
This group uses a cognitive-behavioral approach to provide support, coping strategies, and increased self-efficacy in order to cope with caregiving demands and stress. Dr.
This one-day program is designed for students in sixth grade and up. Taught by Capital Health’s Community Health Education Department, the program covers safety, emergencies, playtime, and basic first aid and CPR. Participants are encouraged to bring a snack.
