Pre-Natal Exercise Class

“I’m pregnant, what exercises should I be doing?” Whether you are already an avid gym-goer or someone who has not exercised in a long time, exercise is healthy for both mother and baby when done correctly. Exercise also prepares your body for the most physically demanding experience it will ever endure. We will give you peace of mind by guiding you through all the do’s and don’ts for exercising during pregnancy. Enjoy exercising as part of a group with other expecting mothers under the direction of our pre- and post-natal specialist in a studio environment.

Cost: $12 per class

Wednesdays | 5:30 - 6:20 p.m.
