Pre-Natal Yoga Class

Prenatal yoga can be a great way to prepare for childbirth. Whether you are already an avid gym-goer or someone who hasn’t exercised in a long-time, yoga is a healthy exercise option for mother and baby. Prenatal yoga is a multifaceted approach to exercise while pregnant. It encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing. Here are some of the benefits of prenatal yoga for pregnant women and their babies:

  • Increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth
