For all check-ups and follow-up visits, we ask that you please schedule an appointment. Appointments may be scheduled during the following regular office hours:
Monday / Thursday / Friday
8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Tuesday / Wednesday
8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, you must cancel at least two (2) hours prior to your scheduled time to avoid a fee of $20 or the amount equal to your co-pay.
