Capital Health Primary Care – Langhorne, part of Capital Health Medical Group and a trusted provider of primary care for children and adults in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, has moved to a new location at 1690 Big Oak Road in Yardley. As a result of the move, the name of the practice has changed to Capital Health Primary Care – Yardley.
