Welcome to Capital Health – Infectious Disease Specialists
Our team of board certified infectious disease experts, including Dr. Rajashree Anandakrishnan, Dr. Marc Whitman, and Nurse Practitioners Amber Jezierski and Amanda Liebenberg, are highly trained in managing the symptoms and complications associated with chronic conditions on an inpatient or outpatient basis. With decades of experience providing care to patients in the region, they work closely with referring physicians as well as hospital units, laboratory and imaging services at Capital Health. Additionally, we provide HIV Care and Services and PrEP (Pre–Exposure Prophylaxis) for patients at risk for HIV.
Our physicians also work closely with other specialists as part of Capital Health’s Center for Wound Management and Hyperbaric Medicine to provide long-term treatment plans for patients with chronic or complex wounds.
