Anti-Vaping PSA Video Contest
In honor of November’s designation as Lung Cancer Awareness Month, we’re inviting local middle school students, sixth grade through eighth, to enter our public service announcement video contest. The campaign, “Be Smart, Don’t Start,” will launch November 1, 2019, in an effort to help raise awareness and engage students about the dangers of vaping. Entries will be judged for creativity, messaging and impact and can be anywhere from 30-60 seconds. Contest ends at midnight, January 17, 2020. Complete the form below to submit your entry.
Students will have the opportunity to help their school’s PTO/PTA win one of the following prizes:
- 1st prize: $5,000
- 2nd prize: $2,500
- 3rd prize: $1,000
In addition, prize winners and their families will be invited to attend a reception at Capital Health in which we will showcase the winning videos (date to be determined).
