Official transcripts are sent by a school’s registrar. For security purposes, we cannot accept transcripts mailed, faxed, or emailed by you or anyone other than the registrar. If anything on your transcript indicates that it was issued to the student, picked up by you, or mailed to any address other than Capital Health School of Nursing – Regional Medical Center, your transcript will be rejected and you will need to send a new one.
Please note that electronic transcripts are not the same as emailed transcripts. Electronic transcripts are official transcripts sent by a school’s registrar through Parchment or the National Student Clearinghouse.
