What We Offer

Our team of providers offers services to help patients ages 16 and older to maintain their overall health and well-being, in addition to preventing illness, managing health issues, and if necessary, referring you to the most appropriate level of care. While Capital Health – Virtual Primary Care is meant only for sick visits, our physicians are also available for well visits or annual physicals at our many primary care offices throughout the greater Mercer, Bucks, and Burlington county region. 

Please Note: To be eligible for a telemedicine appointment, you must be physically in New Jersey or Pennsylvania during the time of your appointment.

During virtual care visits with patients who aren't feeling well, we address symptoms of numerous health conditions and issues, including but not limited to:
