New Support Program at Capital Health Helps Women Navigate Healing and Intimacy After Cancer Treatment

For women who have received treatment for breast cancer, gynecologic cancers, colorectal cancer and others that may affect hormonal balance, pelvic function, or sexual health, Capital Health Cancer Center offers the IMPACT Program to help women navigate Intimacy, Menopause, and Pelvic Health After Cancer Treatment.
 

Capital Health Adds Pulsed Field Ablation System, Improving Access to Care for AFib Patients in Mercer and Bucks Counties

Specialists from Capital Health’s Cardiac Electrophysiology Program, part of its Heart and Vascular Institute, unveiled a new, minimally invasive pulsed field ablation system at the Al Maghazehe Heart and Vascular Center located at Capital Health Regional Medical Center (RMC). The addition of the new system doubles the hospital’s capacity to treat atrial fibrillation (AFib) patients who are candidates for ablation.

Long Time Area Resident Named New Chief Nursing Officer for Capital Health

Capital Health has named Melissa Chichilitti as the organization’s new chief nursing officer. In this role, Chichilitti is responsible for nursing and patient care services at Capital Health, including adult and pediatric nursing, Maternal Child Health Services, adult and pediatric clinics, ICU/CCU, adult and pediatric emergency departments, operating rooms, observation units, Respiratory Therapy, and Mental Health and Dialysis departments.
