Capital Health Medical Center – Hopewell Named One of U.S. News & World Report’s Fifth Annual 2026 Best Hospitals for Maternity Care

U.S. News & World Report, a global authority in hospital rankings and consumer advice, has named Capital Health Medical Center – Hopewell as a 2026 High Performing hospital for Maternity Care. This is the highest award a hospital can earn as part of U.S. News’ Best Hospitals for Maternity Care annual study, now in its fifth edition.

Innovative Minimally Invasive Surgery at Capital Health Solves Complex Aneurysm Repair in the Abdomen

Offering the latest advance in the surgical treatment of aneurysms in the abdomen, vascular surgeons at Capital Health recently performed the region’s first thoracoabdominal branch endoprosthesis (TAMBE) procedure, a minimally invasive approach that seals off aneurysms and redirects blood to flow through an implanted device. This procedure, which was previously only available in medical centers outside of the greater Mercer and Bucks County region, is now available at Capital Health for patients diagnosed with thoracic aortic aneurysms.

On Saturday, October 25, 2025, the Rothwell and Henderson families of Pennington Quality Market hosted a one-day shopping event, donating 5% of the day’s proceeds to Capital Health Center for Comprehensive Breast Care.
