Our team sets everything up and shows you how to use it, so you feel confident from day one.
Services include:
- Daily video visit with a Capital Health Medical Group physician.
- In-person visits twice a day by a registered nurse.
- Appropriate medical equipment for your specific needs.
- Remote monitoring of vitals, medication, etc.
- Wound care and dressing changes.
- Oxygen therapy and respiratory treatments.
- Physical and occupational therapy services.
- Lab draws, IV infusions, and medication delivery.
