Trenton, NJ - Shane Fleming, of South Plainfield, NJ, has been appointed chief financial officer for Capital Health. As a key member of the management team, he will assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company.
Fleming’s primary day-to-day responsibilities will include planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, property management, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships and partnership compliance and private and institutional financing.
Fleming joined Capital Health in 1999, serving as director of Finance and then vice president of Finance.
He earned a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and a master’s degree from the University of Phoenix.
Prior to Capital Health, Fleming was an audit manager in the Healthcare and Life Sciences Division of the accounting firm KPMG. He is licensed as a certified public accountant in the State of New Jersey and is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
Fleming serves on the Board of Directors of the Hopewell Surgery Center, the Healthcare Employees Federal Credit Union and the Capital Region Insurance Company.
