Facilities
We're located in the same facility as Capital Health Primary Care – Brunswick Avenue, located at 832 Brunswick Avenue in Trenton, NJ (adjacent to Capital Health Regional Medical Center). Patients use the back entrance on Heil Avenue to access Corporate Rehabilitation services at our Center for Outpatient Rehabilitation.
Hours
Physical Therapy: 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Occupational Therapy: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
