This class is for Capital Health Cancer Patients in active treatment or who are within 8 months of their last treatment. This is an in-person class, focusing on helping you maintain your strength and quality of life, reduce depression, anxiety and pain.
This class helps prepare first-time expectant parents to care for their newborn and is taught by an experienced, certified childbirth and parent educator. Class includes keeping baby healthy, sleeping, crying, comforting, bathing, diapering and new parent support systems available.
