Kathleen received her Bachelor of Nursing degree from Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ. She completed her master's degree in nursing at The College of New Jersey in Ewing, NJ and received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree (DNP) from Drexel University in Philadelphia. She is a board certified family nurse practitioner with more than 30 years’ experience in the nursing/healthcare field. She is also adjunct faculty at The College of New Jersey with the graduate nursing program. Kathleen has provided primary care as a full time nurse practitioner for the past 17 years. She provides primary care for the entire family with a special focus on women’s health issues from contraception through menopause and beyond.
Kathleen believes in physical fitness and healthy eating as a foundation to improve all aspects of life; mind, body and soul. In her free time, she is a runner and has participated in marathons, half-marathons, and many 5Ks. She has traveled to Guatemala with other medical personnel for a medical mission, which she found rewarding in many ways. Kathleen is an avid reader and is eternally devoted to her family and two dogs, who are her greatest and most precious joys in life.
