Shayna McDaniel-Davis is a certified nurse midwife and board certified women’s health nurse practitioner. Shayna deeply values women’s autonomy and informed decision-making in all aspects of healthcare and aims to provide the education and tools to help empower women.
Shayna received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing Leadership degrees from California State University in Fullerton, California. She began her career working in labor and delivery, sparking her passion to provide women with more comprehensive, personalized care. In 2019, she returned to California State University to become a certified nurse midwife and board certified women’s health nurse practitioner.
Prior to joining Capital Health, Shayna spent the past three years working in private practice in Southern California offering women hospital-based midwifery care. She is a member of the American College of Nurse Midwives.
