This class helps prepare first-time expectant parents to care for their newborn and is taught by an experienced, certified childbirth and parent educator. Class includes keeping baby healthy, sleeping, crying, comforting, bathing, diapering and new parent support systems available.
This class consists of two two-hour sessions which are held on consecutive weeks. In-person classes are held at Capital Health Medical Center – Hopewell or Capital Health – Hamilton. Online classes are held via Zoom. If you register for an online class, you will be contacted with Zoom details prior to the start of the class.
