Capital Health offers an intensive day of prepared childbirth to prepare the expectant woman and her labor support person for the birth experience. This class is taught by an experienced, certified childbirth educator.
Losing a baby requires a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental place to navigate through your grief and share your experiences with other families. We see you and you are not alone. This monthly support group welcomes all parents who have experienced the loss of a baby at any gestational age.
This class is taught by a board certified lactation consultant from Capital Health's Lactation Center. Class should be taken before the birth of the baby.
This class helps prepare first-time expectant parents to care for their newborn and is taught by an experienced, certified childbirth and parent educator. Class includes keeping baby healthy, sleeping, crying, comforting, bathing, diapering and new parent support systems available.
