Pelvic Floor Restoration and Preventing Incontinence

Bladder leakage is common, however, that does not mean you have to learn to live with the embarrassment, inconvenience, and frustration that comes with it. The good news is, you are not alone! Most women experience incontinence due to a weak and ineffective pelvic floor.

The pelvic floor is a mystery to many women, but it is one of the most vital muscles in your body, supporting your bladder, uterus, bowel and even your back and spine! When these muscles are strong and healthy, they give us complete control and support over all of our bodily functions and daily movement.

This six-week class goes beyond the Kegel enigma to incorporate functional movement that will give you the confidence you need to enjoy an active life. The program is suitable for any women who may be suffering from pelvic floor issues, including leakage or incontinence, abdominal separation, lower back pain, or a weak core.

Regain your freedom and confidence to enjoy an active life!
