Overcoming Loneliness and Social Isolation

Research shows that people with little or no social contact or support are more likely to experience a range of physical and mental health challenges. Meredith Kudrick, a licensed clinical social worker from Capital Health – Behavioral Health Specialists, will lead a discussion of risk factors and coping strategies and will share tips for overcoming a sense of isolation.

This event will be taking place virtually using Zoom. A call-in option is available for those without video access. Meeting details will be provided via email 2-3 days before the program date. Registration ends 24 hours before the program date.
