Managing Anxiety and Coping During Critical Times

During critical times, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, many people can experience feelings of anxiety, concern and confusion. Stacy Grissett, a board certified family nurse practitioner from Capital Health – Behavioral Health Specialists, will lead this discussion on how to cope with these feelings during critical times. During this program, you will have an opportunity to learn and ask questions about:
