Managing Anxiety and Coping During Critical Times

During critical times, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, many people can experience feelings of anxiety, concern and confusion. Stacy Grissett, a board certified family nurse practitioner from Capital Health – Behavioral Health Specialists, will lead this discussion on how to cope with these feelings during critical times.
