Recipes will be sent out 2-3 days prior to the event if you would like to cook along during the virtual demonstration. If you are not sure about breakfast for dinner, join us anyway as we discuss the components of a healthy breakfast, the myths and facts surrounding meal times, as well as some family favorite recipes that are sure to please.
