Let’s add a “Spring” in your step with a virtual retreat just for you. This two-hour retreat will be informative, calming and enjoyable, and it will give you some new tools to begin your mornings with self-wellness. Join us and do something nice for you as we all learn to disconnect and truly relax the body and mind. You will be guided in a “Rise and Shine” yoga session by Nancy McCormack, a cancer certified yoga therapist. Melissa Phelps, a registered dietitian from Capital Health Cancer Center, will also be doing a cooking demonstration to energize the body with a morning breakfast recipe.

- Slow-flow Yoga (all abilities)
- Breathing techniques to reduce tension and anxiety
- Nutrition with the Capital Health dietitian: a healthy morning breakfast demonstration
- Restorative Yoga (all abilities), a form of yoga for complete relaxation
This retreat will be taking place virtually via Zoom so that you can enjoy it in the comfort of your home. Meeting details will be provided via email after registration.
