How We Help

We recognize that the ongoing and ever-changing pandemic has significantly increased the demand on health care facilities and their employees in all departments. To best care for others, maintaining and prioritizing self-care is essential. We offer an array of services to support front-line workers and their families in all aspects of life.

If you or anyone you know needs to speak with someone, please call our helpline (Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) at 609-303-4129.

Please call us for support, information, or local resources. If we are assisting other callers, please leave a message and we will get back to you by the next business day. Whether you’re calling for yourself or on someone else’s behalf, we’re here for you. Confidentiality is guaranteed, so contact us today for more information, or to get help right away.

Individual, Group, and Family Counseling

Individual, group, or family conversations present an opportunity to discuss any topic more in depth. Sessions can range from emotional support or questions about COVID-19 to identifying needs and connecting you to resources.

Sessions can be scheduled by calling the Helpline or emailing Irene Parriski at [email protected].

Support Groups

We offer a variety of drop-in support groups that provide a safe space to discuss mental health and wellbeing and a support system of fellow frontline healthcare workers. Click here for a schedule of support groups this month. All sessions are held via Zoom and can be accessed using the information below.
