LGBTQA+: Understanding Yourself and Others (Ages 14 – 16)

Group therapy provides a safe space to discuss experiences as an LGBTQA+ youth, which include dealing with depression and anxiety, poor self-esteem, and other concerns. By sharing personal experiences related to LGBTQA+ identity, participants can process their feelings, connect with peers and discuss navigating identity within their family and community.
