Join Mindy Komosinsky, a registered and licensed dietitian/nutritionist and certified diabetes care and education specialist from the Capital Health Outpatient Nutrition Counseling Department, as she discusses the benefits of adding more plant-based foods to your diet, practical tips for getting started, and how to make balanced meals using plant-based ingredients. Shauna Alvarez, executive chef at America’s Grow-a-Row, will end the program with a plant-based cooking demonstration.
