Post-Natal Exercise Class

You’ve just given birth and your physician has cleared you to exercise, but where do you start? Many postpartum women are eager to start exercising again but are nervous and confused about how to safely get back into the swing of things. Our post-natal exercise class will take that worry off your shoulders. This group class will safely help you rebuild strength in your abdominal and pelvic floor muscles while developing the full body strength needed to adjust to the physical demands of motherhood. This class is led by a post-natal exercise specialist.

Class Times

Mondays: 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Wednesdays: 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Saturdays: 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.

Capital Health Wellness Center Safety Protocols

  • 6 person max per class to maintain 6 foot social distancing.
  • Masks are required to be worn during all classes.
  • All equipment will be sanitized before and after each use.
  • Equipment will not be shared with multiple clients during a class.
  • Temperature screening is done at the entrance to the hospital.
