Join us for this program geared toward members of our community who are living with diabetes. This weekly class will focus on muscular strength and tone, as well as cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. The class will utilize movements with free weights, resistance bands, and body weight with the goal of improving the health and well-being of those living with diabetes. Our certified fitness instructors provide classes in a safe, medical environment.
Social distancing guidelines temporarily limit us to six participants per class, so contact your physician today to get a referral. Additional classes may be added based on interest and availability.
Cost: $48 for 4 classes

Capital Health Wellness Center Safety Protocols
- 6 person max per class to maintain 6 foot social distancing.
- Clients are asked to arrive dressed to workout
- Masks are required to be worn during all classes.
- Temperature screening is done at the entrance to the hospital.
