A certified diabetes care and education specialist (CDCES) is a health care professional who possesses comprehensive knowledge and experience in the management of diabetes, pre-diabetes, and diabetes prevention. Spend an hour with our diabetes education team to learn how you can prevent diabetes through modest lifestyle changes.
Online classes will be held using Zoom. A call-in option is available for those without video access. Meeting details will be provided via email 1-2 days before the program date.
