This class is for Capital Health Cancer Patients in active treatment or who are within eight months of their last treatment. This is an in-person class, focusing on helping you maintain your strength and quality of life, reduce depression, anxiety and pain.
This yoga class is designed specifically for patients going through treatment or patients who have recently finished their therapy. A regular practice of yoga reduces stress and anxiety, improves sleep, lowers fatigue, enhances physical functioning, and improves strength and flexibility.
This support group is for anyone diagnosed with or surviving from a brain tumor, along with their care partners, loved ones, and friends. Members will be encouraged to share their experiences, form friendships, and provide emotional support for one another.
