Laura Anastos
Clinical Dietitian

Laura Anastos, our nutritionist, has been working as a clinical dietitian at Capital Health for 18 years in a variety of inpatient and outpatient positions. She has been providing outpatient nutrition services for the Radiation Oncology Department for the past four years. Laura earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Education from Marymount Manhattan College and continued on to earn a Master of Science degree in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics from New York University. She is a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and keeps abreast of new information in the field of nutrition and cancer by obtaining continuing education credits annually.
