The Center for Women’s Heath serves both your routine and special healthcare needs — from annual physicals, sick visits, mammograms and gynecological exams and procedures — to chronic care for illnesses such as diabetes and high blood pressure.

Our physicians and nurse practitioners are specially trained in women's health issues with a particular emphasis on preventive care. Most diagnostic testing is done on-site and can be scheduled to coincide with your appointments. Referrals to specialists, many of whom are also on-site, can be expedited with the assistance of our Patient Navigator.

Center for Women’s Health Announces Expansion

Adds New Physician and Specialists

Hamilton Twp., NJ, Aug. 2, 2012 -- Dr. Randi Protter, medical director of the Capital Health Center for Women’s Health, has announced an expansion of the Center and its offerings.

“The Center for Women’s Health is a unique and innovative multi-disciplinary medical practice that focuses on the special health needs of women of all ages. Our physicians and healthcare providers are specifically trained in women’s health,” said Dr. Protter. “Our approach is to treat all aspects of a women’s life that impacts her health, all in one place at her convenience.”

Dr. Protter added that a patient concierge works with patients to facilitate the scheduling of tests and referral appointments. “We know that women tend to take care of everyone else in the family before herself. We want to make it easy for her to address her own health care needs.”

Dr. Sara Wistreich of Cranford, has joined the practice. Wistreich graduated from UMDNJ – School of Osteopathic Medicine, where she specialized in women’s health. She completed her residency in Family Medicine as well as the Women’s Health Fellowship Track at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.

Dr. Protter also announced that three additional health professionals are now affiliated with the CWH and have onsite office hours.

Dr. Paula Seth, of Hopewell, a fellowship trained cardiologist, specializes in treating women. She graduated from the Medical College of Pennsylvania and completed her internship and residency at Mt. Sinai Medical Center. Seth did her fellowship training at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.

Dr. Christine Hyde of Chester, is a certified sex therapist who specializes in the assessment and treatment of patients’ sexuality related issues. Hyde is a Diplomate of Sex Therapy by the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey. She completed her doctorate in Sexology from the Institute for the Advanced Study of Human Sexuality in San Francisco and received further post-graduate training at the Fogel Foundation in Washington DC. Hyde earned her Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University.

Sherri Goldstein, MSW, LCSW of Pennington specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues, including bereavement and the effects of hospitalization on the family. She received her Master of Social Work from Rutgers School of Social Work.
