Capital Health is part of the Vizient and American Association of Colleges of Nurses (Vizient/AACN) Nurse Residency Program™. This program has been trusted for over 20 years by more than 600 hospitals and health systems nationwide and fulfills the recommendation from the Institute of Medicine for transition to practice programs for newly licensed nurses. Capital Health was one of the first hospitals in New Jersey to adopt the Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program.
