Capital Health Primary Care - Nottingham is led by board certified physicians Dr. Muqsita Nashat, Dr. Oscar Perez and Dr. Naila H. Wasti, in addition to certified nurse practitioner Kathleen Bornhoeft and physician assistant Jacqueline Ritter. Capital Health Primary Care - Nottingham's team of experienced providers offers services to adults (ages 16 and older) to help prevent illness, handle everyday medical needs, and manage chronic health issues.
If you don’t already have a primary care doctor, our practice will offer daytime and evening appointment hours for check-ups, follow-up visits, and when you’re not feeling well. We look forward to seeing you!
